Mickettric Mann

MSW, LCSW, MCAP

Owner/Therapist

Welcome

My name is Mickettric Mann, and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and master's level Certified Addiction Professional. Since 2015, I've been honored to walk alongside individuals in private practice, helping them rediscover their authentic selves and break free from the barriers holding them back.

My Approach

I believe deeply in each person's capacity for healing and transformation. My work centers on helping you gain freedom from guilt, shame, paralyzing grief, feelings of inadequacy, and resistance to change. With grace and compassion, I support you through the journey of becoming the most authentic version of yourself, whether you're navigating mental health challenges or life's unexpected transitions.

Specialized Training & Expertise

I am Level 1 and 2 trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), an evidence-based therapy particularly effective for trauma processing. Since 2007, I've specialized in working with individuals struggling with addiction, bringing nearly two decades of experience to this vital work.

Who I Work With

I provide compassionate, affirming care for individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, grief, and many other mental health concerns. I have particular expertise supporting members of the LGBTQIA+ community

and individuals living with HIV, creating a safe, affirming space where you

can show up exactly as you are.

Life doesn't always go according to plan. Whether you're coping with divorce, career changes, relocation, illness, relationship challenges, or the loss of

a loved one, I'm here to help you navigate these difficult moments when

you may not feel or act like yourself.

All Are Welcome Here

My practice is built on acceptance, respect, and the belief that everyone deserves compassionate mental health support. Wherever you are on your journey,

I welcome you.

Carmella Spinelli Miller

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Welcome

My name is Carmella Miller, and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and valued member of The Center's clinical team. With over ten years of experience practicing and conducting research in the mental health field, I'm passionate about supporting individuals on their journey toward healing, self-discovery, and growth.

My Approach

I believe that the journey of healing, self-discovery, and growth is both noble and worth embarking upon. One of my core beliefs is that "out of conflict comes growth"—challenges and struggles can become powerful catalysts for transformation when approached with the right support and tools.

Specialized Training & Expertise

I am Level 1 and 2 trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), an evidence-based approach for processing trauma and distressing experiences. Additionally, I am Level 1 trained in IFS (Internal Family Systems), a transformative therapeutic model that helps clients understand and harmonize the different parts of themselves.

My Focus

A central focus of my work is helping clients decrease symptoms related to anxiety and depression. Together, we work on learning effective communication methods, developing healthy coping skills, and improving self-awareness and emotional insight. By building these foundational skills, clients find themselves better equipped to navigate life's challenges and move toward the person they want to become.

Your Journey Starts Here

Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or simply seeking personal growth, I'm here to walk alongside you. Your healing journey is worthy of support, compassion, and skilled guidance.

Thomas Tucker

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Welcome

My name is Thomas Tucker, and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker serving men, women, and families throughout Northwest Florida. My path to becoming a counselor has been shaped by decades of service, diverse experiences, and a deep commitment to helping others navigate life's most difficult challenges.

A Foundation Built on Service

I dedicated 20 years of service to the United States Air Force as a firefighter, serving across the country and abroad in Spain, Germany, Honduras, Saudi Arabia, and South Korea. Those years laid the foundation for my passion for helping others and taught me invaluable lessons about resilience, sacrifice, and the human spirit.

Education & Training

I hold a Master of Science in Workforce Education and Development from Southern Illinois University, a Master of Divinity from Liberty University, and a Master of Social Work from Walden University.  Additionally, I am a Certified Addictions-Informed Mental Health Professional (CAIMHP). This multifaceted educational background allows me to support clients from a holistic perspective—addressing mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness.

Who I Work With

Over the past five years, I have specialized in supporting active-duty service members, veterans, first responders, survivors of military sexual trauma, and individuals experiencing posttraumatic stress disorder. I also provide affirming care for members of the LGBTQIA+ community and those living with HIV/AIDS.

My Philosophy

When asked why I became a counselor,

I often say: "I wanted to serve people who look like me.

Today, I've learned that true cultural competence means being able to see myself in everyone."

This understanding guides my work and allows me to connect authentically with each person.

Your Journey Matters

Whether through virtual sessions or face-to-face care, I am committed to walking alongside each client on their journey toward mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness. Your story matters, and I'm here to help you write the next chapter.
